After seeing the Polish Gas Block with the "kill switch" I am thinking about the prospects of a 300 Whisper AK.  Is there any 556x45 AK parts kits on the market that might serve as donors for such a project?

I coud start with a PMKMS kit and replace the barrel and modify the receiver and parts to emulate my SAR-3 or perhaps I should consider starting with a SAR-3 in the fist place to get the SAR receiver...

It will be a long time before I am ready for this challange but I figure it might be a good time to evaluate some of the parts needed....
