Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Polish kit questions

Hello
Have a couple of questions on the polish AKMS PMKMS kits from CF and Akron Armory.  They use a standard stamped reciever right? Anyone know about the quality of these kits from CF and AA?

everyone seems to be using the global trades/armory usa type II 1.0mm stamped receivers for the pmkms kits.

I got a Polish underfolder kit from Military Gun Supply for $220 shipped.  The finish looks good (although I plan to refinish it), wood looks good, and the bore looks good.  I think most of the reputable dealers here will all be in the same ballpark price-wise and quality-wise.  I've heard nothing but good things about Akron Armory, so I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them....if they have kits left.
