Will the front trunnion fron a AMD-63 kit work in any 762x39 build? I want to use it on a Romanian 762x39 barrel. Thanks in advance.

it should work fine, just be advised that you will need to headspace the romy barrel and then redrill the barrel pin slightly oversized and use a matching pin.
