Where is the best/cheapest place to get a bent blank receiver and rails?  Do the rails have to be welded?  Can a unregistered blank be built in a pistol?  Sorry for all the questions, I know nothing about blanks.

Thanks for the info.  I think I saw somewhere that the rails can be screwed in.  Does anyone know if that is true?
