Piece of cake. The trunion is off the barrel, and all rivets are already removed. The hardest part of the build was getting the damn mag release put into the trigger guard. This build only took 45 minutes to complete, excluding the 25 minutes trying to get the mag release fitted.
My kit was a matching #'s from Centerfire. |

Reports about the side rail with the kit (on the receiver?) being too thick for std AK mounts, and needing time with a 60deg file. Otherwise drama free.

Hey sportsnut, how did you get the barrel onto the trunion? Was the headspacing right? I don't have access to a press.
