I recently purchased a SA-93 as my first AK.  So far it shoots decently and seems very reliable, but I hate the stock.  After much research, I've decided to put an Ironwood laminated stock kit on it and have a couple of questions.
Should I install the one or the two tang version?  I'd like a good solid stock when I'm finished and I'm willing to do the work to get there, but I'm not as concerned with looks.  If the single tang stock works as well, great, if not, I'll install the second tang.
I'll install a US gas piston at this time also for parts count.
Thanks

Thanks Campy.  That was the answer I was expecting, but I wanted to make sure.  I'll get a tang, rivet kit and the BFH, time to buck some rivets.  I'd love to radial rivet these, but work frowns on firearms on the property and the riveter is too heavy to borrow.

i don't care what other people say, the single tang installation is weak.

Campy is right.  I just finished installing the lower tang on my SLR95 after about 6 months with only having it attached by the upper tang.  You could always feel it move slightly and now it is rock solid.

It's a lot of work but it is not difficult
