I'm in line to get one of those B-west receivers that Denny is selling.

What would be a good kit to build on??

Will the Bulgarian kits work with this receiver,
or are the barrel trunions different than the receiver?

What kind of guns were these built into when they were sold??  Chineese??

What about the Polish kits i have seen lately ?

Can i MORF one by taking parts from other kits snd combining them to get a complete rifle??

Im loosing my mind trying to decide what to get,
and am  just looking for some guidance from Campy and the other experte here...

OKAY!!

Chineese kit it is.

NOW.....Who's got them??

Clearveiw/Centerfire...MAK-90 Kits for $99.95

I plan on putting a Black Synthetic,
NATO-length stock set on it, along with a USA made FCG.  All metal will be finished in black LAUER.

Should be pretty cool when its done.

I'd look for a different barrel assembly then the MAK.  You don't want to do a build only to have a MAK clone as the result.  Chinese barrel assemblies with cleaning rod retainers and threaded barrels are fairly common.

Since the MAK kit is so cheap, you could use that for the basic parts and pick up a different barrel assembly elsewhere.

Next Question:

I see that the kits dont come with the trunions or the Trigger guard.

Do i need a 19MM or 23MM trunion for this receiver?? The Chinese barrels are threaded if i understand correctly.

Where can i get a suitable Trunion for the barrel?

Chinese is 19mm I believe.  Here is good link for Chinese parts:

www.polytechparts.com/

Note the barrel assembly; you will want one if you want to have a cleaning rod.  AKs don't look righ without them!  It is also threaded so you can perm attach anything with a standard thread.

For a trunion try.... I'm not sure.  Maybe Campy will have somewhere to get them.
