I got my press set up and my hardened OOW receiver in. An AMD kit would rock . . . just gotta save up the cash for another kit first :^( When I can afford one, I will review it. |

Yup,
I received mine about 3 weeks ago. Very nice kit, I highly recommend. I'm in the middle of building it right now. I wish I could post a pic. Lois is real good people, 1 guy had a problem with his kit, She made it right. |

Hi, I have a dumb question. Is the AMD65 a ak47 style gun, or an akm style? Don't know if I worded that correctly. I bought one a few weeks ago, my 1st ak. all matching numbers. can't wait to build it.

the amd series were all modified akm (stamped receiver) designs.

So, You'r saying that any ak that came originally with a stamped rec'r, is an AKM model?
