So I’m sure many people have seen the video of a individual who made a DIY binary trigger in an AMD. I watched another video where he explains the very basics of how it was done. And basically on the trigger/disconnector side of the FCG he places some metal underneath the back side so the only engagement that happens is between the back disconnector and the hammer, and when you release the trigger it allows the hammer to fall forward hitting the firing pin. He uses metal to push up on the front disconnectors, but would wrapping tape around them do the same thing?
Sorry if this post is confusing, I know more about ARs than AKs. I was just looking at my Yugo today wondering if there was a easier way for it to be done without removing or adding metal.

This is a interesting concept, but what would the legality be? I know the law used to say "per motion of the trigger" but has that changed to "pull" or not?

Watched it.

He is an educated idiot.   Got a patent for a device that will defeat a fundamental
safety system on a firearm.

He couldn't give me that patent.  He should burn it, and shut up.
