Not sure I understand the question.  Are you asking if you can build a milled kit with a stamped receiver?

If so, yes with some serious grinding and drilling.

Yep, if you have a milled Bulgarian kit you can build it up with a stamped receiver.  What you will need is

1- AKM style front trunnion.  Romanian, Hungarian, Etc...  23mm

2- Milled profile barrel.  Yugo barrels will work, but will need some work.  GM makes a replacement barrel for milled profile too- GM 1970 Barrel

3- A rear trunnion.  If you use a milled Bulgarian UF, you will need a Romanian stamped UF rear trunnion.  If you wanted a fixed stock you can use a normal AKM rear trunnion.

4- Stamped receiver.  Depending on what style rear end you want will determine what receiver you will use.

Other thing to note is that you have to grind the channel in the front trunnion ears where the RSB fits in as milled profile RSB are wider than the channel in an AKM trunnion.  No big deal, only takes a few minutes with a file.

See the post on the following :

CNC warrior milled AK receiver Q

I am dong the exact same thing on a Nodakspud NDS-1 ROM UF Receiver, a used Yugo Barrel and a Romanian Trunnion. So far so good as far as parts match ups. Real work will begin when the receiver comes in hopefully later part of this month. My first AK build, noty my first rifle build (assembly as the AK folks like to call them AR Assemblies).

This is what I was looking for, let me know how the build goes, I am going to order a few of my parts tonight, I may have to end up buying another kit to sit on for a bit too.

I'm doing the same thing.  Using a home-rolled receiver, Yugo surplus barrel, M92 front trunnion, and a Bulgy AK47 underfolder kit.

Hope to get a good shooter out of this for about $250....
