I have built some romy kits and am going to do a yugo m70, looking to get some parts and not sure if they are the same as the romy parts.

Answer is no.  A Romanian TG would probably work but it does look different.  The difference is even more apparent in regards to selector levers.

ETA: I just compared a selector lever from an M70 to that of a Romanian AKM.  The selector lever off a M70 is at least a half inch shorter than that of a Romanian selector lever.  I'll post some pics later.  I'm pretty sure the trigger guards will interchange though they do look different.
