I am looking for a Bolt Catch Removal Punch to remove the bolt catch roll pin from the front of the receiver and not rub or damage the receiver mag well protrusion. There are several which I bought, but they are not designed to run from the front of the receiver back.
Do you have a recommendation?

Just ordered a couple.
We'll see who they work on my AR15 lower where I am going .22 S&W mags with an AR Catch 22 Bolt catch.
Thanks for the information. Merry Christmas!

They should work great. One of the oldest tools in my collection is that Brownells bolt catch roll pin punch and it still works as it should.

Oh, and Merry Christmas to you as well!

I have the Brownell's one & it's definitely better than a regular punch, I'd like to try a different one to see if there's a better one out there though.  These are a few others I've seen.

I bought the Wheeler set. They are OK to install the Bolt Catch Roll pin, but too thick for the removal.

Pro tip:
Use gorilla tape to protect the lower.
Not stupid blue tape etc.

I have one of the Brownells punches and the Little Crow punches too.

Yup, 100% correct. I use high grade duct tape. Thanks.
