Does anyone have a good source for cotton swabs?

I use the Walmart - El-Cheapo for regular stuff in tight places.

I get the nice Tipton wire handled swabs by the 100ct for the chamber and upper from MidwayUSA.

Hope that's what you were looking for.

Check in your area for a medical supply store, I buy mine through the one in my area, they are the single wooden stick type, and are alot cheaper than the gun supply outlets.

I didn't even know such things existed - I guess that's something else I need to add to the cleaning box.

I bought some "Bunny Tail" brand from Brownell's.

They have about 4 times as much cotton on the tip as Q-Tips.

Last longer and absorb more gunk/solvent because of this.

I recommend those!

I got mine from quickmedical.com  I got large and small.  Both worked great, the big was nice for larger areas, the small is great for cleaning in little holes.  If you're used to the size that the military gets, I would look at the medium.
