I tried some here a while back because we got some in at a auto parts store that I work at.  It did not cause any malfuntions but it seemed to get gummy, I would say it had something to do with it mixing with clp and caused it to react.  I will never try that again and I will stick with bf clp and lp.  I do however use the lucas in my mausers and my .22's.  This is just my opinion I would stay away from it for the ar's.

I hate Breakfree, therefore the mixture isnt an issue.

I have been using the Lucas for about a year now, and I like it, a lot.

Product specs and MSDS look a LOT like 20grade motor oil.

I haven't used Lucas Oil specifically, but I generally use a mixture of 10W30 oil and ATF as a lube.

I haven't had any issues with that mixture.

Why do you mix them?

My experience with Lucas resulting in throwing the rest away.  Not impresses at all.  Breakfree or Slip2000 for me
