How often should you change your extractor and recoil / action springs?  I was just wondering about this the other day, and I don't recall having seen a thread on this.  So, is there a recommended "interval per round" maintenance schedule??  Or just wait until i have some problems.

TIA

An hour before they break.

They should last thousands and thousands of rounds.
