once a year inside and out, between those times I just wipe 'em down with WD-40 or CLP on the outside

I clean them every time I shoot, but hey, that's just me.  It only takes an extra 2~3 minutes.

i wipe the outside and follower with CLP, but i dont disassemble them unless there is a good reason to (visible crud, poor feeding, ect)

Wipe down every shoot. Once in a while I take the whole thing apart and clean inside and oil the spring.

Periodic inspection...which at the rate I get to the range would be once per year.  I press down the follower and give a swipe to the top 2-inches of the magazine to remove residue.

i havent cleaned my range mags since i got them three years ago, except that one time it rained. does that count?
