Not really,looks and reads just like the same old crap thats been floating around the forums for months.

I am calling Unsolved Mysteries.  Somehow these forums can resurrect dead horses to be beaten again and again.  After reading several of these, especially ones with info from people serving/having served in Iraq; no or next to no lube is the way to go in theater.  Anything liquid put on a rifle will become gummy when mixed with the talc-like sand.  Combined with constant attention your weapon will work.  And once again her comes the club on the horse's head!!!: It is not defective lube it is defective training and REMFs.  The same thing happened in Vietnam when people in the rear suddenly had to use weapons, not just M16s.  My geography is a product of public schooling but I don't recall deserts in Vietnam.
