I just ourchased a BM post ban rifle and it has a mini Y comp attached. There is a pin that goes thru the comp just beneath the barrel. I have tried using a puch and hammer and even though the pin extends through both sides, I can't get it out. Any ideas?????

well its kind of a bitch to get off. i got mine off with a dremel tool and a cutoff wheel. first its pinned on the barrel at 12 and 6 oclock i also think they use locktite on the threads.anyhow heres what i did. first grind the pins out with a dremel grinding wheel just till you see the top of the threads dont grind any more. second use a hacksaw and cut the comp off at the second hole from the front. then use the dremel to cut slits at 12and6 oclock not going down into the threads to the front of whats left of the comp. there you cut down on the end of the comp to the end of the barrel.  what you are trying to do is cut the comp into two halfs once this is done i took a big flat screw driver and stuck it in the slits at the front of the comp and used it like a wedge to split it away from the barrel.  or if that sounds like to much fun you could always send it to kurt he does the best work.
hope that helped.
