This has happened a few times too me. I would be doing some rapid fireing and I would get a jam. I look down and the pins holding the trigger group in would be begining to move out. What can I do to stop this. A little Loc-tite or what.

If the trigger pin keeps walking out after you've checked their positions as Treetop has suggested, you could cut deeper grooves in the pin, or simply change out the hammer spring.  Same with the hammer pin, cut a deeper groove or replace the hammer.

Bushmaster sells anti-walk pins... they're not much to look at but they do work...
