Cleaning and lubing is your problem.

Switch over to Sweets to clean the bore, and BreakfreeCLP (16oz spray can) to clean and lube everything else on the rig (save the Hoppes for bolt type action rifles).

When lubing the upper bearing areas for rifle break in (first few hundred rounds), spray a good shot of CLP on and in the B/C, then before putting the B/C into the rifle, just give it a good flick to knock off the excess lube (yes you want the B/C to be on the wetter side during break in.  With the B/C back in the rifle, work the unloaded action a few time to migrate the CLP to the bearing areas.  After you have broken the rifle it (all the parts have self mated), you can run the lube on the leaner side, but still remember to lube the parts (as a rust protection if nothing else).

If you have a problem down the road while shooting, relube the B/C as before and go back to shooting.  CLP has a good cleaner in it, and although you have not though that you have cleaned anything by just relubing, the CLP will go to work to do such all by it's self.   Granted that if you take the rifle several thousand rounds by doing this (just replying CLP), the rifle will get a bit slimy, but will run.

Again, if you are going to buy BreakfreeCLP, buy it in the spray can.

The spray can version does seem to work faster when you are using it to clean since it produces scrubbing bubbles.
