OK, here is what I have.  I took my first build out today for the first time and shot about 200 rounds thru it.  Shoots great, but I had about 10  jams out of the 200 rounds.  Same issue every time, after firing, bolt would not cycle leaving the empty round in the chamber.  Pulling back on the charging handle would not do anything, as it would not budge.  I would try multiple times with great force with no luck.  What I found I had to do, and I am not sure if the process had anything to do with being able to get the round out, was to remove the upper from the lower and just keep jerking back on the charging handle and then hitting the back of the BCG and repeating until the BCG would slide back revealing the spend round.  Every time, the primer was not in the spent casing but lying inside the upper and the bottom of the casing was black and sooty.  These are all reloads I have purchased from a commercial reloader in the area.

Any thoughts on what is going on as I am new to the AR world?
Thanks in advance for the help,

" These are all reloads "
Try some commercial loads or some milsup ammo.
