What Tools do I need to stake my VLTOR?

It comes loose after 200rds or more?

If you want to stake it, you can use any chisel punch to do that, or a sharpened screwdriver.

I just apply a small amount of blue loctite on any of mine that work loose.  Just one drop will do it.

I just put approx 30ft lbs or so with this.  I've used it on about 100 carbines and have never had one loosen.

One small drop of blue loctite should go a long way towards securing it.
