After inspecting the inside of the upper receiver on my new build i've found some wear marks around the cam pin clearance cut.  These marks are on the forward portion of the mentioned cut.  Seems like the cam pin managed to wear all of the anodizing off making the aluminum visible, now i was wondering if this was normal?.  If it's not, how do i keep the cam pin from peeling off any further?
I'll post some pics tomorrow, however an answer whether this is or isn't normal would rock like RIGHT NOW.

I was hoping that someone else would have steep into this pit hole, but to side step it like a loaded question asked from your wife,

The cam/key is going to eat away at the upper track in say 80-90 thousand rounds and enlarge the cam/key upper receiver track width to the point that you will have bolt to extension lug alignment problems and the upper will need to be replace.  Since the upper track cam relief section is nothing more than that, minor wear marks to that section is just the cam self-correcting for something a little out of spec, and will not have any effect of the longevity of the upper receiver/parts.
