I just installed my new badger tactical latch on my charging handle for the purpose of quick charging. when i go to pull back, the latch pivots correctly to disengage the hook part that keeps the handle secure... but the handle doesnt pull back. i have to pull the latch and handle out away(westward, assuming i am facing northward) and back for it to come back and charge my rifle. this doesnt bother me alot , but the whole point for my purchase of the "tactical" latch was for the quick and convenient, no nonsense pullback action this tactical latch was supposed to afford me. anyone have similar experiences? any solutions?

I tried a CMT because of the twist thing,next was a Colt and no twist.
