Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - could the bolt cam pin get stuck?

I just received a new bolt carrier group and I've taken out the firing pin and can't get the bolt cam pin to BUDGE.  It's won't even START to turn in either direction.  What could I be doing wrong here?

Bottom stacking on the bolt cam channel may be a bit too deep.  

Just use a needle nose plyers to turn and remove the cam from the carrier/bolt.  Then with the bolt and cam only in hand, bottom out the cam in the channel and turn it a few times to mate/shallow the bottom stakings.

P.S. got to love it when they use a big ass hammer to put the rifle together.
