I've got one of the newer type 21s pistols and have shot over 400 rds. of xm193 with no problems.  Yesterday I had 3 bolt over bullet failure to feeds out of 150 rds.  Only thing I can think of is that the mag. was rested on a bench causing the problem.  Anyone else experience this?  What else could it be besides a mag. problem?

i was having a similar problem a few days ago

the carrier key bolts were a little loose, allowing alot of the gas to escape, preventing the bolt from going all the way back

does the bolt lock back on the last round fired from the mag?
