I recently replaced the supplied stock on my Colt HBAR with a collapsible six position stock.
Love the new stock, but NOW, the bolt will not stay locked open without an empty magazine
inserted.  If I pull the bolt back all the way and manually press the bottom of the bolt release button in, the bolt would stay open before hand.  Now, within 10 seconds or less, the bolt jumps
out and closes.

Is the new spring too heavy, or I am missing something?

Thanks in advance

I am a idiot.  The charging handle was hitting the lip of the new collapsed stock.

Just like you said, the bolt catch was not getting in front of the bolt enough.  I moved the
stock out one notch and fixed.

Sorry for the dumb question, thanks for the help Tweak.

Seems crazy that a collapsed stock would interfer with normal operations...hmmm.
