I have had my AR15 for about 4 months now and have run about 2500 rounds through it without any problems. When I went out shooting this last time, sometimes the spent cartridges would not eject after firing. I would say 1 out of 40 would do this. Furthermore, they would get stuck in the chamber so badly I could not open the bolt until I used a flathead screwdriver for leverage.

Once I got the bolt cleared I then had to use the cleaning rod to push cartridge out of the chamber. What could be causing the spent chambers to get so stuck in there? Could it be the cheap wolf ammo I decided to use for my outing or perhaps I am not cleaning the chamber correctly?
