What kind of "FH" washers" are you using? If they're peel washers you have to cut them to fit.

Yeap they are peel washers.Sorry I should have specified.
I understand what they mean by peel now.So you just peel layer by layer until the FH times.Got it. Will give it a go. Thanks Raymond |

A good starting point is to screw the FS all the way on then back it off until it's timed correctly. Cut the peel washer so that it is a little thicker than the gap between the rear of the FS and the shoulder of the barrel then install it and check the timing.
