Does the bolt lock open on the last round out of the magazine? Does the bolt come fully to the rear so that the bolt catch can come up in front of the bolt?

yes the bolt locks back at the end of the mag.

The ejector spring should be extremely stiff and the ejector plunger should telescope fully under the bolt face and extend fully without any binding.

Add to Tweaks check list,
check the extractor claws ends to make sure that they don't have a wicked end bur that may be grabbing/retaining the case as it is being pivoted off the bolt face. |
