I am having difficulties with full metal jacket rounds and lead rounds. the lead rounds are right on bulls eye, but the full metals shoot left.  Any suggestions????

Completely normal.  

Different types of ammo have different effects on the barrel harmonics (muzzle end whip position in correlation to the bullets exit during the oblong muzzle movement).
