My firing pin has a tiny dimple on the very tip of it.  Everything works and fires fine, but it leaves doughnut shaped strikes on the primer.  This is the 2nd firing pin that has done this.  So is this normal?

This is caused by primers piercing.  Tell us about the ammo that you have been using.

Reloads.  WSR primers I believe when it happened (using federal now).  It's just a tiny little dimple on the tip of the pin.
