Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Adjusting the Armalite NM Trigger?

I wanted to lighten up the pull on the trigger. I heard that you can adjust the creep and not the pull weight. Is this true?

Does anyone know of a link that gives instructions on doing this? I would like to get the trigger to about 2lbs. Thanks for the help

Go to Armalite's web site and look a tech note #14,Tuning the Armalite two stage trigger.

The instructions worked great form me.  The triggers are designed to weigh more than 4.5 pounds because of match rules.  There's a problem with semiautos if you make the trigger too light though.  You get doubles.  Don't screw with it for weight.
