My opinion is you want a jig designed to use with a trim router, not one for a drill press, unless you've got a real milling machine, at least something like a Grizzly if not something nice like a Bridgeport.

Most people are going with the 5D Pro, Modulus Extreme or 80% Arms EZ Jig Gen 3.  Those are all basically the same design and mostly vary only in color.  All 3 are hard to find in stock.  Buy whichever one you can get or pick which color you like best.

You will need one of their specifically supported routers, plus their milling bit.  Most people say to avoid using the drill bits they sell because they are poor even for Chinese made ones.  Some people have had trouble with soft drill bushings going oval in the 5D jigs, and I don't know if that affects Modulus or 80% Arms sold ones.  I would recommend you to get a drill press to do the selector and FCG pin holes just to be on the safe side instead of using a hand drill.

There are not really any other currently sold ones that are really designed to work with a router.  I have one of the older Modulus HD jigs, but they aren't made anymore.

There are some other options to convert some drill press jigs for use with a router, but they are a little more DIY because you need to separately source spacers and longer socket cap Allen screws.  I've had success doing this with the UFS jig from here:

https://www.uniquefirearmsolutions.com/UFS-80-Lower-Receiver-Jig-p/ufs_jig_universal.htm

The spacers are 1/2 in. x 1 in. x .257 I.D. Nylon:

https://www.homedepot.com/p/Everbilt-1-2-in-x-1-in-x-257-I-D-Nylon-Spacer-815018/204276572

The screws are 1/4-20 x 1-1/2" Socket Head Cap Screws, Allen:

The advantages to this setup is it is readily available to order, less expensive than the others, it will work with just about any 1/4" collett trim router without changing the base, and it will work with standard and inexpensive and readily available 1/4" end mill (extra long, short cutting length) bits like this one:

Everyone is backordered to hell and back.

I backordered the 80% Gen3 Easy jig because their backorder times were shorter. I'm about 2 weeks into the proclaimed 4 week backorder.

I've had the 5D router jig pro for a few years & have done a few lowers with it now.  Modulus makes a nearly identical one & so does 80% arms iirc.  Maybe they aren't making them like they used to, but I don't think it's by choice & if the libs get their way, they won't be able to make them at all, so get one while you can, if you can.
