I have been looking online and can't really find any, to my understanding not very many companies make them with a teflon finish.

In case you were wondering I already have a completed upper and it of course has a Teflon finish and simply want em to match.

I think Mega and maybe CMMG make them, or used too.

You might be better off getting a regular lower and then refinishing both to match.

Mega forged lowers did.  Check with them to see if they still do.  Nice satin finish if that is what you are looking for.

IIRC, Doublestar lowers have Teflon in the finish.

Off the top of my head, I believe the ADM UIC ambi lower has Teflon:

"The ADM UIC billet 7075T6 lower receiver features a Type III Teflon impregnated hardcoat anodized finish[...]"
