Gibbz G4 Upper is a little sloppy in my Seekins SP 223 lower. Going to adjust the set/alignment screw and see if that helps

That's part of the reason why I love cerakote.

I lightly sand the bolt pin recesses and the pins and after a few tries, there is tension and no play between the upper and lower.

 Yea, tried that, no joy. It seems to either be bottomed out or stuck, but will go further in. It will loosen, but go no further
