there you go, on a 10.5 shorty with 9.5 rail. I'm not liking the layered soft metal(aluminum?) washer which comes with it. I used a regular crash washer instead.

That'd be a peel washer. Perfectly okay to use, and if IIRC, they were used on the old A1's
