The last AR I put together was when you got the buffer tube and stock included with the lpk, started lookking for a tube and I see them from $30-$100 range I know you get what you pay for but what is a good preferably cheap buffer tube

If you need buffer, nut, spring, I would get the entire Spike's kit. GTG and cheaper than piecing parts. The nut alone will cost a few bucks.

On a side note when did the lpk stop including the buffer, spring, tube, ect. Was it the last panic or was it before, I think the last gun I built was over 10 years ago

You're describing a Lower Build Kit (LBK). Lower Parts Kit (LPK) do not come with the stock assembly.
