I've got this exact same upper from them last cyber monday for like $340 shipped and yes, it has stainless steel barrel.

thanks for posting the pic.  That upper is obviously SS.  The part that's in question in the 'Hammer Forged' part.

the rollmark on barrel says HF, I can get a picture once I am home
