Is there anyone in Nor-Cal/Sacramento area that has a 1 3/16" (16TPI) tap?

I'm building my own rifle starting with an 80%.

After I completed the milling and engraving, it was pointed out that the threads on my buffer tower were CNC cut and are too shallow. (they also stop mid-buffer retainer)

So, need to chase/cut the threads deeper in my lower receiver.

Local machine shop wants $50.

Buying new is $50+.

I'm handy with tools & just looking for 10 minutes of time to re-cut the threads.
