Looks like you still need:
A stripped upper reciever
A bolt and bolt carrier
A lower Parts Kit
A gas block/gas tube
A barrel nut
Forward assist assembly
Forward assist spring
Ejection cover spring

It would be much easier on you if you bought an upper with forward assist and ejection port cover installed, and a complete barrel assembly.

Also, are you aware of the legalities of owning a 14.5 inch barrel? Unless you register it as a short barreled rifle, you will need to pin and weld the muzzle device to the barrel and ensure that it is at least 16" long. Preferably 16.1" to avoid any measurment issues.

Buy this and a stripped lower.
