Im hosting build parties in northern california where you can come in and machine your own lower receiver from and 80% paperwieght the process is all automated and on a haas cnc mill so its pretty easy to do, and we do give a instruction on how to run the machine and complete the process if you have any doubts on what you are doing

Same here.  It seems like to do it right you really do need a mill.  I understand you can do it with a drill press but the end result is just not the same.
