Feel free to offer any suggestions. The Ejection port cover and assembly is inbound for Wednesday.
I'll be starting on my 3rd one next week.

Nice rifle.  My first build was a 5.56 infantry rifle (20" barrel).  My second is a 6.8.  Each time I get better at picking the right components.  I spent a fair amount of money on economy parts I later replaced with premium parts.  I would have been slightly better off if I slowed down and purchased the best barrel, best HG, best trigger, etc. in the first place.  Oh well, so it goes.  In the end, I have a nice lower and two nice uppers.  Plus I'm tempted to build another 6.8 upper with even better parts.  Its an expensive hobby. - CW

Took it to the range this morning and shot it for the first time. Grouped perfect 3 hole clusters @50 yrds, despite having to charge it after every shot. We tore it almost all the way down at the range trying to figure out the problem. When i got home I went over it again, Ended up drilling out the gas hole on the barrel a cunt hair bigger, and voila runs flawlessly now.
