Looking for a stripped upper receiver and see where PSA has them for $70 which is alot cheaper then most other places in the $90-130 range......are they quality? And whats the finish on them like?

The finish is nice, more different then others I've handled. They feel "velvety" to the touch, and soak in oil. I'm not a big fan of the laser etching on them though. #'s are also laser etched(Large etched Numbers to), not stamped.
