Looking to build a Groundhog thumper
Going to do a 458 socom with the Mega monolithic mid length upper mated to a sundevil arms billet lower.
My plan is to get a RRA upper in midlength  retain everything but the upper and handguards. Going to do the varmint lopro gasblock,

My question is this is there anything odd about the 458 barrels that would make this not possible?  I am assuming that the barrel is held on with standard AR  parts?
Does someone have a 458 RRA barrel with the lowpro gasblock that can give me an OD measurement?
I know its goin to be an interesting build, wanted to do the 7.62 tok forever i just have talked myself out of it due to the fact i cant run anything more than 15rnd mags So the socom is my next waay cool round to reload for.
