Anyone ever heard of this company? Is so are there lowers any good?

ordered an "armalite" lower from TGS a while back(october 2008) and got an "ardel engineering" for the same price. I was PISSED becuase I didnt look at the name when I was at the FFL picking it up. Dunno about quality, guy at the office heard me bitching and swapped me a cav arms so he could build a pistol.
