Source for unfinished upper?

Would like a machined upper without the finish on it, any idea where to get one? Want it to finish an 80% lower project. I think it would be neat to have a clear anodized ar.I know where to get forgings but I dont want to do that complex of machining.

you can get retro uppers and lowers "in the white" (machining done, but not anodized yet) from NDS
