Alright I know theres a search function but my laziness does not allow it.

Buddy got a CMMG bargain bin rifle. Has a tapco stock on it from what he said. Had him pull off the stock and the tube is squared off in the rear(not canted) from the pic he sent me.

Mil spec or Commercial?

If it's a Tapco stock then it's most likely on a commercial tube...especially if he purchased a complete Tapco stock kit. Most commercial tubes have flat aft ends.

Thats the part that threw me for a loop. The stock/tube came on a CMMG bargain bin rifle so I have no idea and havent seen it in person.
