No problems with my Sabre 14.5" middy with pinned A2X. With the std carbine buffer it would eject around 1-o-clock. The Spikes T2 buffer changed it to 3-4-o-clock.

No problems at all here. Mid is a superior choice to carbine IMO for 14.5".
