So the doc says I've caught the BRD virus. It won't be long now until it goes full blown.
Build my first AR lower last night. Hughes Precision with a Magpul MOE stock and LPK from Spike's.

I started building my own w/in the last year and its pretty fulfilling and relatively inexpensive (lowers that is) as opposed to cars or other spendy hobbies. |

I built my first AR back in the 80's. I just finished number 4. Now I have the urge to build #5.

Well it didn't take long to spread. Last night I picked up an upper from the local fun store.

Congrats on contracting such a wonderful infection. I finished #3 last night and put my lower together for #4 as well. Upper will have to wait for Christmas.

Ok so i also have the bug and its worse than pig flu, sars, and ebola combined. I currently have three completed lowers and am ready to take the next step. Uppers.. perhaps a build-it-yourself expert would like to converse about how i should go about it? i'm thinking a 16", 20", and not sure for the third.. but i'm going to concentrate on the 16" first. should i build from scratch or just buy an upper? M4 vs ? email me.
